These terms and conditions are for organisations and individuals who participate in the Organisation Review Tool.
Privacy:
We collect personal information from individuals who complete the Organisation Review Tool, including your email, location and role you supply during the completion of the form.
The data collected from the account holder during registration is also collected to enable the system to function as intended. This is kept secure and confidential at all times.
Username and passwords created by organisation administrators are stored via one-way encryption and as such are not recoverable by Ara Taiohi or WordPress. If you have forgotten your password, use the ‘lost your password’ link on the login page.
A person’s identifying information is not stored with their answers and therefore not connected to any results from the tool, however we note that in very small organisations your answers may lead to your identity being assumed by the account holder, due to the small sample size.
Ara Taiohi collects your results in order to administer the Organisation Review Tool and uses non-identifiable collated results to support youth development nationally.
We keep your information until you or your organisation decide to terminate your account.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at review@arataiohi.org.nz, or 04 8025000.
